Do I have to wear or hold BANBOX™?

It can be used on a table, floor, or other appropriate stable surface. The device also includes suction cups and may be mounted as appropriate.

Can BANBOX™ be used with both hands?

Yes. Depending on hand size and the exercise being performed, two hands may be used with one BANBOX™ unit.

The BANBOX™ Flex Pro is a two-box system designed to allow simultaneous bilateral training, with one box available for each hand.

What is the difference between BANBOX™ Flex and BANBOX™ Flex Pro?

BANBOX™ Flex Pro includes two BANBOX™ systems, allowing users to perform bilateral and simultaneous two-handed exercises.

How do I choose the right resistance level?

BANBOX™ is available with different tube resistance levels based on the intended user and application.

Can I choose more than one resistance level?

Can the resistance tubes be replaced or changed?

The tubes in the current BANBOX™ Flex system are not interchangeable. Different BANBOX™ systems are available with different resistance levels based on the intended user and market.

Do not use bleach, alcohol, disinfecting wipes, oils, or solvents, as these may damage or break down the latex material.

How should I store BANBOX™?

Store BANBOX™ in a clean, dry location away from direct sunlight.

Do not soak or submerge the device in water. Store the product above 40°F and below 90°F.

How long is the product expected to last?

With normal use, proper care, and appropriate storage, BANBOX™ is designed for long-term use and is expected to have a product life of more than five years.
